How HIITS Speed Training Works

Follow these five rules every session. Click below to view the complete protocols.

Frequency
Perform 2 sessions per week. Ensure you are fully recovered between sessions.
Main Intention
Swing as fast as possible! Every swing must be at 100% effort.
Baseline (Day 1 Only)
Before your first set on Day 1, record your baseline driver CHS and ball speed.
Recording
Record the fastest CHS only with the HIITS driver in each set.
Finish
After each session, hit your regular driver 8–16 times at 100% effort. Record your fastest CHS and ball speed.
Key Instruction: Each set consists of swings with the Light club, then Medium, then Heavy. After the FINAL heavy set of the day, do your "Finish Light" swings, then immediately hit your regular driver swings at 100% effort.

Maintenance Phase: Once you reach your desired on-course speed, transition to maintenance mode. Perform 1 speed session per week, or every other week, depending on your ability to maintain that speed.
